INSAAF – India Think Tank Foundation is an independent, multidisciplinary institution dedicated to promoting justice, rule of law, good governance, and sustainable development. It combines legal research, policy analysis, and ground-level insights to deliver practical, people-centric solutions to contemporary challenges in India.
The Foundation focuses on legal and justice system reforms, including access to justice, judicial efficiency, legal aid, police and prison reforms, and emerging legal frameworks. It produces research reports, policy briefs, and reform proposals to support the judiciary, legislature, and civil society.
Its work also covers governance and public policy, social justice and inclusion, labour and employment, and environmental sustainability. By identifying gaps in policy design and implementation, the Foundation offers data-driven recommendations to strengthen transparency, accountability, and equity while ensuring inclusive growth and environmental protection.

INSAAF Ki Paathshala is a dedicated legal and social education project initiated under the INSAAF India Internship Society Foundation, with the objective of spreading legal literacy, social awareness, and constitutional values among the masses.
The project operates under the professional supervision of the INSAAF Legal Association (ILA), the head legal body of the organization, ensuring that all activities are conducted within lawful, ethical, and professional boundaries.
“Paathshala” symbolizes a learning space, and INSAAF Ki Paathshala functions as a platform where law meets society, empowering individuals with knowledge, awareness, and access to justice.

Ummeedo Ka Goan – Village Development Initiative is a holistic rural development program aimed at empowering communities across India. Guided by Insaaf India Rural Development Society Foundation and implemented with Insaaf Legal Association (ILA), the initiative promotes sustainable growth, social justice, and inclusive development.
The project integrates human rights awareness with community development, ensuring access to basic rights and services. It focuses on key areas such as education, healthcare, sanitation, livelihood, and women and child welfare to improve overall quality of life. Through legal awareness campaigns and aid, it addresses systemic challenges while strengthening social equity.
Adopting a multi-dimensional approach, the initiative enhances literacy and skills, improves healthcare and sanitation access, empowers women and children, and promotes economic opportunities through agriculture and micro-enterprises. By combining legal support with grassroots development, Ummeedo Ka Goan aims to build self-reliant, equitable, and sustainable village communities.

Project INSAAF India is a prison reform, legal aid, and undertrial justice initiative of the INSAAF Legal Aid Society Foundation, operating under the supervision of the INSAAF Legal Association (ILA). It addresses critical challenges in the criminal justice system, including jail overcrowding, prolonged undertrial detention, limited access to legal aid, and poor prison conditions.
The initiative aims to ensure that justice remains timely, humane, and accessible, particularly for marginalized individuals who remain incarcerated due to lack of awareness, legal representation, or procedural delays. It focuses on strengthening legal literacy, expanding legal aid services, and improving prison welfare.
The INSAAF Legal Aid Society Foundation works toward access to justice, human rights protection, and support for disadvantaged communities. The ILA provides legal supervision, professional guidance, ethical oversight, and quality control, ensuring all interventions comply with Indian law and are conducted under proper legal authority.

Project INSAAF India – Skills Development Program is a national initiative by the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Sankalp Foundation under the supervision of the INSAAF Legal Association (ILA). It aims to empower citizens with skills, education, and legal awareness to support a self-reliant and developed India.
The program focuses on bridging gaps in employability, economic participation, and social justice, particularly for youth, women, and marginalized communities. Its key areas include vocational training, entrepreneurship development, digital and legal education, and career guidance. It also promotes economic empowerment through self-employment and financial awareness, alongside community health and social welfare initiatives.
By integrating legal support and ethical governance, the program strengthens access to justice and civic responsibility. It further encourages national unity, discipline, and awareness of India’s defense values. Through inclusive and sustainable development, the initiative strives to build a skilled, responsible, and empowered citizen base contributing to nation-building.

Project 21A & 23 is an initiative by the Insaaf Child Care Society Foundation under the supervision of the Insaaf Legal Association (ILA), aimed at ensuring child rights and constitutional welfare. Rooted in Articles 21A and 23 of the Indian Constitution, it focuses on providing free education and eliminating child labor and exploitation.
The project adopts a holistic approach, addressing education, health, livelihood, and legal awareness. It promotes access to quality schooling, vocational training, and digital literacy, while offering legal support and rehabilitation to children affected by exploitation. Health initiatives include nutrition support, medical camps, and hygiene awareness.
To tackle the economic causes of child labor, the project supports families through sustainable livelihood and agricultural development. It also strengthens legal literacy and civic awareness, empowering communities to protect child rights. Overall, Project 21A & 23 aims to create safe, educated, and empowered environments for children, ensuring dignity, equality, and justice.

Project Nari Shakti & Swabhimaan is a flagship initiative of INSAAF Women’s Wing Society Foundation, operating under the supervision of INSAAF Legal Association (ILA). It is a holistic women empowerment program addressing legal, social, economic, educational, and psychological challenges faced by women.
The project focuses on legal awareness, counseling, and access to justice in matters such as domestic violence, harassment, and discrimination, ensuring women can assert their rights confidently. It also emphasizes social welfare by supporting survivors of abuse through rehabilitation, counseling, and community reintegration.
Economic empowerment is promoted through skill development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship opportunities, enabling women to achieve financial independence. Additionally, the initiative conducts awareness programs on women’s rights, health, hygiene, mental well-being, and leadership.
By integrating legal support with social and economic initiatives, Project Nari Shakti & Swabhimaan aims to build a society where women live with dignity, safety, equality, and self-reliance.

NAI DISHA – Naya Uttar Purv Bharat is a transformative initiative by the Insaaf North East India Society Foundation, implemented under the supervision of the Insaaf Legal Association (ILA). It aims to empower the North East region by addressing challenges such as geographical isolation, infrastructure gaps, educational limitations, health disparities, and socio-economic inequalities.
The project adopts a holistic, community-centered approach to promote inclusive and sustainable development. Its mission focuses on improving education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and governance while ensuring legal awareness and protection of human rights for marginalized communities.
NAI DISHA also emphasizes skill development, livelihood opportunities, and agricultural innovation to strengthen economic growth. It encourages participatory governance and political awareness, enabling citizens to actively contribute to development processes.
By delivering region-specific, sustainable solutions, the initiative envisions a self-reliant, equitable, and empowered North East India where every individual has access to opportunities and basic rights.
